» Notification 24 hour’s in Low Season for valid cancellation

» Notification 48 hours in High Season for valid cancellation

» For No show clients in High Season we will charge the voucher in full credit

» With attributable of client of not picking up( not showing cc – not valid driving license e.t.c.) again we will charge then voucher in full.
